Wedding Photography Agreement
TERMS & CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT
This document comprises the entire understanding between both the Couple and Wesley Johnson Photography.
Confirmation Of Booking:
* The completed, signed "Wedding Photography Contract" and the 20% deposit are both required before confirming and reserving the couples Wedding Date.
Balance of Payment:
* The balance of the invoice to be paid 2 weeks prior to the couples Wedding Date.
Pre-wedding Consultation:
* This consultation typically occurs at the time of booking, but may also be conducted over the phone, email or facetime prior to the couples wedding day.
* This meeting is an opportunity for the couple to share their vision, introduce their vendors or key people, and go over their wedding timeline with the Photographer.
* In addition, the Photographer may offer advice, suggestions or provide recommendations to help with the planning of the couples wedding day.

Coverage:
* Photographer will document the wedding in a candid, documentary style. While every effort will be made to capture key moments, the couple understands that specific shots cannot be guaranteed (weather, venue rules, and cooperation of guests may affect results)
* The Photographer cannot be held responsible for any missed shots resulting from interruptions or obstructions caused by guests.

Copyright:
* Wesley Johnson Photography holds the copyright on all images.
* The couple is granted personal, non-commercial usage rights, including the ability to print, share, and post the images on social media.
* Any sale, publication, or commercial use of the photographs requires prior written permission from the Photographer.
* Photographer is happy to share images with other wedding vendors (e.g., florist, planner, venue, celebrant) for their professional use. However, vendors must:
* Give credit to "Wesley Johnson Photography" when posting or publishing.
* Use images as delivered (no filters, heavy cropping, or editing).
* Contact Photographer directly to request access to high-resolution files.
* Couple agrees to inform vendors that all image requests should go through Photographer, ensuring proper usage and credit.

Model Release:
* The couple gives the Photographer permission to use the images from their wedding for marketing purposes, including the Photographer's website, portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.
Limit of Liability:
* In the unlikely event the Photographer is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to illness or injury, every effort will be made to secure a replacement photographer. The replacement photographer will photograph the wedding day, while all editing will be handled by Wesley Johnson Photography.
Cancellation:
* In the event of cancellation by the Wedding Couple, any payments made prior to cancellation are non- refundable. However, if it has been put on hold, I will attempt to accommodate your new wedding date, within a 12-month period, as best I can.
Final Delivery:
* Photographer retains the right to edit and curate the final gallery and will not provide RAW/unedited files.
* The full wedding gallery will be provided within 4-6 weeks. However, during peak wedding season (October - April), this timeframe may extend to 8-12 weeks.
* While the exact number of images in the final gallery may vary, the Photographer will ensure that at least the minimum number specified in the purchased wedding package is delivered.
* The couple will receive both high-resolution images for print and lower-resolution images for social media posting.

Acceptance of Terms:
By paying your invoice, including any booking deposit, the Couple acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set out in this Wedding Photography Agreement. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of this contract and secures the Couple's wedding date in the Photographer's calendar.
